Quinch's OmniGraffle & InterMapper Libraries | |||

Driven by my distaste for Visio's user interface I've started using OmniGraffle to draw my conceptual network diagrams. Rather than precise pictures of devices, I'm after distinct icons for devices and functions, so I've produced libraries based mainly on the Cisco standard icon libraries, and converted from the Pantone 3015 sets (I can only stand so much black and white...) resulting in these icon groups of various device and logical types. Some duplication between sets to suit how I draw networks, some original additions such as the Packeteer icon. Hopefully some use to you if you haven't ended up here by accident... And yes, this web page did take less than Below are some icon libraries for use with InterMapper - they are the result of running an unholy combination of AppleScript and QuicKeys over all of my System 8 hard disks. I use these rather than the bigger Cisco icons that come with InterMapper. Some of these icons are due to the benign influence of Jakob Peterhänsel and his TCIGP - and more importantly his good grace in allowing me to include them. |
