Should I Join the Coastal Patrol?
Network with a group of people interested in boating, radio, and rescue at monthly Mess Meetings.
Learn theoretical and practical instruction in seamanship subjects and boat handling.
Learn to carry out marine search and rescue work
Learn to Operate a Marine Rescue Radio base, or, if you wish to be more active, Crew a Rescue Lifeboat.
Become involved with assisting the Water Police, Waterways, or other public authorities entrusted with the administration or regulation of maritime affairs.
Receive 4 issues of Beam Ends each year.
