They are Delicious Peshawari Roast Lamb Ingredients: 1 kg Lamb (preferably leg) 1/4 kg onion sliced 250 ml yogurt 200gms ghee or oil 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tsp salt 500gms green peas 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste Method: Clean and remove the skin from the leg of lamb. Slit it with a knife randomly, Mix yogurt, chili powder, pepper, garam masala salt and turmeric. Rub this mixture to the lamb. Fry the onions till brown and add ginger garlic paste and fry till 3 minutes. Transfer the mixture into a big oven proof dish and place the leg of lamb and peas in it.
