Regulations to Enforce compliance of demons with The Will of God

Preamble

At Calvary, Satan was defeated so along with he and his demons became prisoners of Jesus all he had are, after the death of Jesus, spoils of war .  Satan has nor kept to the places where he and his demons are suppose to stay and have entered the creation that now belongs to Jesus and have caused havoc  in it.

Purpose of these regulations

These regulations are written to confine Satan to where he should be and to prevent him entering creation and causing problem to The Kingdom of God.

Authority to make these Regulations

Matt 18:18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Mark 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

Scope and Application

These regulations apply to any activity, event, circumstance or plans demons are involved in that occurs in creation or they are attempting to make or occur in creation, from the date of the rebellion of demons against God to their being thrown into the Lake of Fire, whether the activity has occurred, is occurring or will occur or is being planned by them to occur.  It also applies to plans that were made but never carried out.

Exclusion

Any event that is carried out by a demon in accordance with the Will of God is excluded from these regulations until they exceed their instructions from God and work outside the parameters He has given them to work within.

Consequence of breaking these regulations

Any demon who breaks, endeavours to break, negate or contravene these regulations in any way is to go to the Throne of Judgment and be punished by Jesus.

Galations 6:7-8 applies to demons as it applies to all mankind as God cannot have separate rules for demons and His Kingdom.

Punishments to demons are cumulative and not sequential in other words they are punished for each individual transgression of these regulations and not just once for all their infractions of the regulations.

Timing of Punishments

When a demon has broken a regulation it is to go immediately to the Throne of Judgment to be punished.

When a demon does not go to The Throne of Judgment within 5 earth seconds of breaking a regulation the punishments for not going begin immediately after the five earth seconds are over.

Supplementary Punishment

A demon not going directly to The Throne of Judgment when they break a regulation are to be whipped soundly until they do.  If they still do not go they are to cover themself with excrement and have mud thrown at them until they go there.  If they still do not go then Jesus will determine what to do with them.

Enactment date

These regulations come into force when they have been signed by Neville Salvetti under the authority of the delegated authority given to all Christians by Jesus and after they have been given to God to enforce.

The Regulations

In regard to the freedom of demons to move about creation

Demons are prisoners of Jesus and no demon is to leave the place Jesus has confined it too except as allowed to leave by Jesus.

In Regard to the earth and Solar System

No demon is to enter creation, especially the earth or the solar system, or use anything on, in, above or around it , either living or inanimate or in any other state.

In regard to mankind

Mankind belongs to God as He created them and they are no longer  the property of Satan as he lost the right to them at Calvary so no demon is  in any way to:

use
affect
influence or try to influence them against God
harm them or
inhabit them
place anything in, on or around them

Except in accordance with the Will of God

Demons in people

A demon in a person who breaks a regulation is to go to The Throne of Judgment to be punished regardless of whether the person desires them to be in them or not as the demon has broken a regulation of The Kingdom of God and these regulations take precedent over the desires of mankind.

In Regard to The Kingdom of God

No demon is to:

Hinder its work
Prevent anyone doing its work
Promote anything that is against the work of The Kingdom of God
Impersonate any personality, being or activity that belongs to The Kingdom of God

Demonic structure and administration

No demon is to communicate to another demon in any way about anything that:

Enables a demon or demons to subvert or influence a human against God
Enables a demon or demons to oppose the work and Will of God
Will help the advancement or administration of the kingdom of Satan
Will hinder in any way the work of The Kingdom of God and its workers

Who is to be punished for breaking these regulation

Any demon who:

Breaks these regulations
Encourages another to break a regulation
 Assists another to break a regulation
Orders another to break a regulation
Is involved with the planning, encouragement, preparation or assisting in any way of the breaking of a regulation
Who rejoices in a regulation being broken

Is to be punished along with the demon or demons that broke the regulation(s)

Consequences of Demons leaving to be punished

In regard to a person: In accordance with The Will of Jesus, healing is commanded of all the damage the demon(s) did to a person and The Holy Spirit is asked to the place of the demons that have gone.

In regard to anything else The Father is asked to place sufficient angels there to prevent demons from ever using or doing again what the demons used to break the regulation.
