Christmas
message 2010
I asked the
Lord what His Christmas
message was.
He said: "If
you cannot say anything nice about anyone, do not say anything in all."
So He was
not going to say anything to
the established church. But He said there were a few He will commend
and bless.
But He will tell them individually.
I asked him
why He would not say
anything about the church. He said: "The less said the
better!"
I felt
great uneasiness about what He
was going to say next. He said to play some Bach on my piano and
quieten my
spirit before He would tell me what He was going to say next. Interestingly He chose one of the darkest
Music keys for the piece I was too play.
What the
Lord said next made me fearful
of what is going to happen soon.
Then Lord
says:
Why should I bless the
established church?
Why should I treat it is as if
it is faithfully paying
due homage and deference to Me?
It pays more attention to Satan
and his pagan feast than
it does to the celebration of My Son's birth. And I can say this
because of the
time it spends enjoying Satan's pagan feast and watching about it on
television
compared to the time it spends doing my work at Christmas and
celebrating the
birth of My Son.
They will inconvenience
themselves greatly and spend
large amounts of money on this pagan festival gifts and give me little
time or
money.
Unfortunately
this is typical of the established church that they spend more time
doing their
own things than listening to what I require of them.
I told my church that is to go
into all the world. But they sit at home
and ignore this. The
world should begin the moment you step out of your front door.
Unfortunately it
begins in front of the television set and spreads to the rest of the
house.
Proclaiming the gospel does not
mean standing on a
street corner preaching. Or inviting people to church to hear someone
else
preach. It is how you live the Christian life and demonstrate to people
how you
interact with Me as well is how I have interacted with you and dealt
with you.
But mainly it is showing My Love to others.
Declaring that I am the source of everything as well as how much
I love
people as well as what I have done for them in Jesus.
If you live like a citizen of
The Kingdom of God should
live this would be a natural expression of your life. Unfortunately,
the
established church does not express The Kingdom but expresses what is
acceptable in the life of a churchgoer.
I told you to demonstrate The
Kingdom of God: casting
out Demons, healing the sick, preaching, teaching and living The
Kingdom life.
Yet you do not even mention me to the neighbour next door when you
discuss your
life as if I am really completely irrelevant to it. If
I was relevant the time spent watching
television would be little compared to the time doing My things and
learning of
me. How will a person know of me if you
do not share the blessings I give you out of your love for Me. You are
my
witness and I require you to live like one!
Remember that if you do deny
Me, even by purposeful
inactivity or through knowingly ignoring Me, , then I will deny you
before My
Father in heaven.
How can you say I am your Lord
we you ignore me in your
daily life and never ask me what I require of you. When you rarely, if
ever,
uphold my name or values to the world?
How can I bless you if you do
not do what I ask you to
do or have commanded you to do? It is obedience that brings blessing
and not
doing what the established church says you should be doing or you feel
you
should be doing.
Many do not know how to do
these things because they
are not taught in churches. But you have no excuse because I have written a book called the Bible that
tells you how to do these things and also have given The Holy Spirit to
teach
these things to you. If you do not
uphold my values how can those who do not know me uphold them?
How do I know you do not uphold
my values? All I have
to do is look at the laws that have been passed in your lands and the
quality
of the television shows as well as a number of celebrations in public
where I
am honoured.
Do not say
you do
not know how to do these things because I have shown you in the Bible
how to.
If you had any value on what I said and taught, you would read, study
and
meditate on the Bible on a daily basis and hold it as the most valuable
document you have in your house.
All you have to do is look at
your priorities and you
will know whether I am Lord of your life or not and whether My things
are more
important than the things of the world Satan has placed around you to
distract
you from me.
Remember it
is by
your fruit and your words that you will be judged. I counsel you to
study
carefully what I require and then you will be delivered from what is to
come.
You will go through it but I will be there to support you and give you
peace in
all that is happening around you.
I do not have to condemn you.
You condemn yourself by
your lifestyle and speech.
There are
the few
that do these things, whom I will reward. To
these I will speak personally. As for the
rest, there are punishments and
rewards according to your actions and your faithfulness.
One day you will come
before me and give account of your
stewardship of the things I have given to you: my Bible, possessions I
make you
steward of, your mind, your body, what I asked you to do for me, your
relationships with Myself, family and others. But most of all I will
ask yo to
account for what you did with the time I gave you as this will show
what your
values have been as you lived on this earth.
People have said that time
is short. I say to you it is
shorter than short and soon all will give account to me for what they
did with
their life.
I have never asked you to
do more than you are able too and
have prepared you for what for you what I ask you to do. You have no
excuse
because I have not asked you to do more than you are capable of.
Consider your ways says
the Lord of hosts for I have not
found your way is worthy before me.
