It is interesting that in The Book of Revelation the term ‘The Father is not used. This is because God is now a judge, judging all for the way they treated Jesus.

The Gospel of John was used by The Holy Spirit to deal with things that had been neglected of which ‘The Father’, and His relationship to the church as well as The ‘Love of God’, and its expression in us, appeared to be two things that had been neglected. It is not surprising then that John has over half the verses that mention the role of The Father in the life of Jesus as well as in our life. The Gospel of John is truly a book on the ‘Father Nature’ of God.

To emphasise Jesus only is to ignore The Father and The Holy Spirit and to assign to Jesus roles He is not Responsible for. By this you dishonour The Father and The Spirit and allow Satan to bring into your belief system wrong theology like prosperity theology (which ignores God sovereign right to determine what you are to get as well as His knowing what you need to serve Him and not what you think you need).

The Trinity and The Family

The Family is the physical reflection of the spiritual Trinity:

The Father

The Spirit

The Son (children) by Natural birth

The Spiritual Children by Adoption

The Earthly Father

The Mother

The Natural Children

Earthily children by adoption

The members of The Trinity are all spiritually equal but have taken on different responsibilities (roles) just as the earthly father and mother are spiritually equal but have been given different roles by God.

Just as in The kingdom there are roles so in the home (the physical representation of The Kingdom there are also roles.

General Comments

Our Christian development is directed by God towards two objectives:

Developing our relationship with Jesus and The father

Maturing us into productive citizens of His Kingdom.

The Kingdom is The Father’s but it has been given to Jesus to rule. The Holy Spirit is the designated adviser to all who want to live as its citizens should.

When we pray it should be guided by The Spirit so it is prayed in accordance with the Will of its ruler, Jesus (and thus best for The Kingdom). It will be for the advancement of The kingdom through the freeing of people, either from the kingdom of darkness or from the bondages that Satan has placed on and in them or through hindering the efforts of Satan in some way. When it is for these purposes only then can we really say we are praying ’in Jesus Name’.

Remember, The Kingdom of God is in people and not in the acquisition of property or wealth and it can only be really advanced as people are either:

Freed from the kingdom of darkness and become citizens of The Kingdom of God or

Freed from the bondages Satan places on them that inhibit their being fully useful citizens of The Kingdom of God.

You can see the need to be led by The Spirit in all things, as He searches the Heart and Mind of God and knows what the Will of God is. That is why we are always to ‘pray in The Spirit’ and are told that only those ‘led by The Spirit of God’ are the adopted sons/daughters of God.

One should always pray for the purposes of The Kingdom when praying for someone or an event, as to pray for anything else is not the Will of Jesus.

One should not pray because we are expected to pray. One should pray for The Kingdom of The Father, for its expansion as well as for the welfare of its citizens. This is what Jesus had on His heart and what His ministry was all about. Thus He taught the Lord’s Prayer which is really a prayer of the Citizen of The kingdom of The Father (which was soon to be His Kingdom).

Note that in this prayer there is no mention of The Holy Spirit or The Lord Jesus. It is purely a prayer between a citizen of The Kingdom of God and its owner, The Father.

In this is the cry of Jesus and The Heart of The Father :

Thy Kingdom Come

The desire that all would be in The kingdom of God and safe from satan’s rulership.

Thus Jesus taught us what should be the attitude of our heart in prayer.

Jesus never asked us to pray to Him, only to believe in Him and His teachings and the ministry of reconciliation that flows from His Authority and Teachings. He always pointed us to The Father for our needs.

We are also not shown to pray to The Holy Spirit. He is there to bring into existence what we ask in the way of miracles for the purposes of expanding or demonstrating The kingdom of God, as well as to teach us about The Father and Jesus and to guide us how to live as a citizen of The Kingdom of God.

The Kingdom is The Father’s and to Him alone are we to ask for our needs. To ask anyone else is incorrect and may leave you open to Satanic attack. How The Father provides our needs and who He uses to do so is up to Him but what is provided must be at His Direction communicated to us through The Holy Spirit

This is was a message from The Father

As i have withdrawn from people for a few days I have once again seen the Father’s heart and wept as he does over his children

Forget deliverance, forget the power of The Holy Spirit

Focus on the Heart of the Father which is the driving force behind everything

So many of His people are hurting

Both Christian and non-Christian

So many are going to hell who He desires saved.

His church fans a flickering candle hidden in a corner of a dark room

I know, I was showed it

While all around them is darkness and sorrow

So few see the father’s heart and weep as he weeps

They are too concerned with power and authority

And miss the whole point of ministry

The expression of the Love of The Father

The Love that sent Jesus and The Holy Spirit

We need to recapture that Love we have lost

If we are to minister in revival

Without it any ministry will be a hollow gong

It has been a long time since I wept over the Father’s children

And I repent of not doing this

as it means I have missed His love and what is on His Heart

Weep not for others

Weep for yourselves

and seek the Heart of The father

As Jesus did

Amen

The Fathers Heart in Ministry

When we see The Father’s Heart we will forget ourselves and desire only what He desires, after all, His Love is in us and we should love as He Loves. As citizen of His kingdom we should have the same attitudes as He has of which love is the basic one.

Where people study to a position, are elected to it by men or are paid to do it, the basis for their ministry is incorrect. It is based on man’s evaluation of the position’s requirements and the need to satisfy the people placing them there or paying them. When the person is elected by The Father because they have His Heart’s attitude, money or rewards is no longer important.

This attitude of The Father’s Love should not just be in ministry, but should be our attitude to all around us: family, friends, spouse, strangers people we minister to or worship with. All our interaction should have His Love as the basis for it.

It does not matter who ministers top a person as long as The Father’s Love is shown to that person. He will take care of whatever the persons’ problem is.

The Father works according to the laws of the spirit world and is able to work best when His Love is the basis for the ministry. If ministry of any type is not done in The Father’s Love it is legalistic and almost becomes a form of witchcraft or ritual.

We are given a new heart when we follow Jesus. It is fitting The Father’s Love should fill it and not the love we carry over from our old self which was trained by the devil and our lusts and desires. To fight our flesh and its desires it is necessary to have The Father’s Love in the new heart God Gives us (2 Cor 5:17).

Where The Father’s Love is expressed in us rewards in heaven or hell are not important to us, neither is authority, or position in heaven or on earth. What is important is that The Father’s Love is expressed through us.

We should minister out of love, appreciation and gratitude to him for all he has done for us. Our desire then should be to give him joy and pleasure in how we serve Him and what we do in service of Him.

Any ministry on any other basis than this has missed the whole point of God’s Love

Authority and The Father

Phil 2; Jesus was given, by God, all authority under heaven and earth. This authority has been delegated to us and must be used in accordance with the Will and Guidelines of God.

So we should seek the Will of God, the expression of the authority of Jesus and the leading of The Holy Spirit. This is how the Gospel of The Kingdom is proclaimed with power and authority when it is done in God’s type of love in accordance with the Will of God and as a result of His love for the person being ministered too.

We must see people as being children of The Father whom He Loves and that He has given us the special privilege of ministering to on His behalf. By ministering to them out of His Love for them we are ministering (serving) to Him as well and in fact this serving Him should be the basis for any ministry we do.

When we Minister

We must realise they are His Children that He has so graciously allowed us to minister to:

We should minister in accordance with His Will

We should minister in accordance with the delegated authority of Jesus

We should minister in the Power and leading of The Holy Spirit

We should preach His Love, His kingdom and his rule.

If these are in place, ministry will come to pass in the way Jesus desires it too occur.

How should we approach people?

We should ask The Holy Spirit what the Father’s will is for them in regard to that person and what He wants you to do for that person and then do it.

If the Holy Spirit is silent then you must use the guidelines of The Bible as to how you are to relate to others (in love, sound positive edifying speech, servant heart, illustrating The kingdom of The Father.)

To do anything else is to disobey God!

The challenge is to ask Holy Spirit every time we minister or even meet people:

What is the Father’s Will for that person

What do you want me to do about it?
