Lord cries out!
I am against you O city of Sydney!
I prospered you
But you rejected me!
So I have rejected you and will remove you!
Your daughters will remain
On the hills and the plain
But you will be no more!
Another will rule your kingdom for a time
And just when you think it is established again
Another will rule you from across the sea.
Shake and tremble O citizens
As I will shake your city
And make it tremble and fall
I will shake the church
And its glory will be gone
But my true church will remain
Repent while there is still time
While my wrath is not yet expressed
Turn to me church
And put away your idols
Preach, teach and demonstrate My Kingdom
And not that of man!
And I will protect you
And meet all your need
In the times of trouble to come.
I am The Lord God
I am The Holy God
And demand holiness in my people
I create and destroy
I will destroy Sydney
So that it will be a memory
Her daughters on the hills and plain
Will overshadow her
And another will take her place
Repent!
Repent!
Repent!
Time is short!
And much will be lost
And will never be restored
Even in the Millennium
I have warned you
So you will only have yourself to blame.
For what happens to you
Those who serve my Kingdom
Will be safe!
I The Lord have spoken
Remember!
I set up kings and kingdoms
And remove them
Thus I will remove Sydney
And will remove its kingdom
For a time
