There
are two
kingdoms.
The
Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of the usurper, Satan which will soon
be taken of him. He has taken his kingdom through stealing it from
Jesus. Jesus
is returning soon and will remove this kingdom from the Satan.
Satan
never sleeps so is continually attacking all working out how to
attack the people of God's Kingdom.
Whatever
Jesus is Lord of Satan cannot touch without the permission of
Jesus. So Satan's objective is to persuade us to give to him an area of
our
life so that Jesus is no longer Lord of it and he can then attack it or
try to
use for his purposes.
A
Christian is constantly at war every second of every day as the enemy
never sleeps and always try to to try to have us join him so that he
can use us
in some way.
This
is why we need to examine everything that happens to see if it is
from God or Satan and not just assume it is from God. To succeed in the
battle
you must also know your tools and weapons.
The
only weapon you really have to attack safe with is the delegated
authority of Jesus given to you over Satan and his demons. This
delegation has
been given to attack Satan and his works and to hinder him attacking
the
Kingdom of God. The true nature of modern Bible versions are shown by
their
attempt to discredit this delegation as something man has introduced it
to the
Bible. You can see this has to be the Satan because God would not
remove the
only weapon he has given us to attack Satan with.
We
have other tools God has given us: the truths of The
Bible, the gifts of The Holy Spirit and the
Guidance of the Holy Spirit. Our Spy is The Holy Spirit who will always
tell us
what Satan is doing or planning to do if we asked him.
You
need to know these things so you can use them properly to fight
Satan.
Without
the guidance and information The Holy Spirit gives us you will
fight the battle blindly and in a way will have lost the battle before
you
start it.
As
the battle is a compulsory requirement of being a citizen of the
kingdom of God you need to know how to be involved. You will only have
yourself
to blame if you deliberately did not get involved and ended up in hell
because
of your deliberate disobedience in this area.
Jesus
has won the battle so all you really need to do is by faith obey
Him, endure in the fight til it is over and you have an assurance from
Jesus
that you will win.
The
degree you will be involved in this battle will depend on how much you
desire souls to be free from the kingdom of Satan and how much you hate
Satan
and his works. If you love Jesus you will fight for him and his Kingdom
otherwise you'll just go through life achieving little for the kingdom
with the
definite possibility of losing your salvation.
