· Satan's 'legal rights'
o Satan is a prisoner
so has no legal rights of any kind
o Escapes from prison to roam the earth
§ For this you
can send him back to prison
§ Has no rights on earth as he is a prisoner
§ Does not matter what people desire of him he
can be sent back for escaping from prison
§ He has no legal right to attack the citizens
of The Kingdom of God
§ Has no legal right to roam the earth or attack
anyone
§ Has no right to be out of prison
§ And can be punished for this alone
§ Punished for escaping for prison
§ Punished for what he did while escape
Can also be punished for whatever they did while
escaped
§ They are
punished separately for each offense and not all combined into one
punishment
o Does not matter
what a person wants from Satan
§ You are
sending him to The throne of Judgment for escaping
§ If he has done anything else wrong he also can
be punished for that
· The
regulations are recorded in heaven
o The regulations do
not need us to enforce them
o anyone can command their enforcement as they are
written down in heaven and authorised by Jesus
o They do not rely on being restated all the time
§ Written down
for all time
§ Commanded in the authority of Jesus alone
o They are there for
demons to see so that they are without excuse
· What can you regulate?
o Anything that is
against the Will of God
o Anything that opposes The kingdom of God
o Whatever The Holy Spirit tells you to regulate

o Commanded in Jesus
Name
o To be a regulation in the Annals of Heaven
o For all time
o State what demons are not to do
§ Ask the spirit
what to bind
§ The regulation then will be according the Will
of God
§ You know it will be enforced
§ He is the one who tells you what to regulate
§ Command anything against The Will of God to be
stopped in Jesus' Name
o Command
punishment if they disobey the regulation made
o State time period of enforcement for any punishment
and condition for it to end
§ Until they
stop deceiving a person and the person is back where God wants
them to be
§ Until a thing is restored as God wants it
restored
o Send them to The
Throne of Judgment either
§ when they
finish what is commanded of them
§ When they transgress a regulation
o Remember Satan and
Princes are to be punished as the demons are punished
§ They are their
leaders
§ They are accountable for what demons do

o On Satan and his Princes
o His infrastructure

o To the Glory, Honour and Praise of God

In Jesus’
Name I command the regulations in the annals of The Kingdom of God be
enforced on all devils.
At the end of both

To The Glory of
God whom alone is worthy of all authority, praise, worship and
Glory. Amen.
· Demons can
be punished for breaking the regulations
o Satan and princes
as head of demons can be punished for what demons below them do
Jesus determines punishment at the Throne of Judgment
§ KOG is pure
holy and demons are defiled so cannot enter it
§ Special place outside The kingdom of God
As part of their punishment command that they are afflicted by what
they afflict people with and that includes Satan and his princes
Also you can command that the demons, Satan and their princes lose 7
times what they cause a person to lose whether it is restored or not
You can also command on the demons, Satan and his Princess be enforced,
Gal 6:7-8: Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, life for life
You can command a punishment but leave it to Jesus to carry out and
determine their punishment

with His Will

§ Do not show mercy to demons as Jesus does not
show them mercy
Commanding the regulations to be enforced
§ Enforces all
regulations ever made not just yours
Command their enforcement whenever attacked by Satan as well as five
steps if any deliverance needed
Punishments shown to us to date
§ The Triple
whammy
§ Whipping
§ Excrement (being buried up to their neck in
it)
§ Mud (being pelted by mud)
§ suspended over lake of fire to feel the heat
but not burn
§ Cat o nine tails dipped into the lake of fire
- as many as you want
§ Dunking the demons into the lake of fire
§ Confining them in boxes or cages hung above
the lake of fire
§ Isolating them from other demons
The worst thing you can do to a demon is to humiliate them so the
following are very effective deterrents:

Privileges
Position
Honours
Command them to serve with the lowest ranking demons
· The regulations are used to effect every
demon
o Hell and Torturous
(their prison) are excluded from the effects of the regulations
Does not affect one demon alone as deliverance does
Deliverance is to remove the effect of Satan on a person
The regulations are to hinder, bind and destroy the works of Satan on
the Kingdom of God and the people on the earth
