The Lord Jesus says in His Bible in 1 Pet 5:7, to give Him all your cares.  That which causes you worry, anxiety, stress, all the hurts of the past, which takes away your peace, the sin you cannot seem to defeat, wrong coping mechanisms like: smoking, drinking, gambling: all that causes you distress and/or lack of peace in your spirit.  So do this now:

Remember that these things are only between you and Jesus, so you do not need to say them out loud, but only need to quietly say them in your heart for Him alone to hear.

Step 1

So give to Jesus, quietly in your heart, anything that troubles you such as:

Moral weaknesses you have

Sins you have trouble defeating

Loveless acts toward others

Circumstances or events you are anxious or concerned/worried about.

Wrong emotions, attitudes or values you have

Wrong knowledge, wrong understanding, wrong and hurtful memories you have that are not Godly or cause you problems of any kind.

Wrong relationships you have

Marriage

Employment

Ministry

Past hurts, traumatic events and other events that have hurt you in any way

Anything in you that you have done or accepted that is not of Jesus or of His Kingdom or which He is not already Lord of.  Whether or not you know they are there

Anything The Holy Spirit tells you now to give to Jesus to be Lord of.

Give it all to Jesus for Him to be Lord of so that He is Lord of all you are.

Give Jesus also the causes and consequences of all these things.

Step 2

The Lord says you are to forgive everyone who has hurt you in any way. If you deliberately do not forgive anyone who has hurt you, the Father in heaven cannot forgive your wrongs against Him.  So you do not go to heaven (Matt 6:14-15).  You also need to reconcile with anyone you have offended as unforgiveness stops you doing this.

You may need to pray as follows

Jesus, I forgive all who have hurt me.

Lord! Help me to forgive those I have problems forgiving. So I can obey you in this area.

You are also to repent (stop doing) any sin you are doing that you know is wrong.

You may need to pray.

Lord I repent and want to stop doing anything that I am doing that is wrong, Help me to do this so you can be completely Lord of my Life.

Step 3

Now say to Satan:

I have given all these things in my life for Jesus to be Lord of.  So you must go from these areas in Jesus' Name, to The Throne of Judgment to be dealt with by Jesus, and in Jesus' Name you are to take with you everything you put on me, or did to me

Step 4

In Jesus' Name I command healing of anything Satan did to me.  In Jesus' Name I command restoration of the sound mind all that Satan took from me in accordance with the Will of God.

Step 5

Holy Spirit please fill me completely, refresh me and anoint me freshly to serve you as an obedient citizen of the Kingdom of God and member of Your Body of believers on earth.

The Throne of Judgment

The Throne of Judgment has been set up by Jesus outside The Kingdom of God.  The Kingdom is holy and undefiled and Satan is defiled and unholy so cannot enter The Kingdom.  So this Throne has been set up so Satan can approach Jesus.

The Five Steps

The five steps apply the authority Jesus has delegated to us in an easy to remember framework.  They are the result of years of experience of deliverance ministry on the Internet freeing people from Satan and his attacks.  They are used for any personal attacks of Satan or things that you are steward of.

Outline and summary

The five steps which form the basis of this deliverance method used in this training manual are as follows:

Give to Jesus any matter, event, weakness, area, problem, circumstance, whatever causes you or has caused you distress at any time.  The causes and all consequences of these things given to Jesus to be Lord of (to make it part of His Kingdom)

Repent, especially of: bitterness, root of bitterness, unforgiveness and of wrong attitudes to others or yourself.  Forgive other people who have hurt or offended you as well as yourself.

You will also need to reconcile with anyone you have offended.  The only reasons not to reconcile are fear or unforgiveness.  You need deliverance from fear and need to repent of unforgiveness. 

You may need to pray:

  “Lord I forgive all and myself.  Help me to forgive please!”

or

Lord I repent.  Help me to repent.

In Jesus’ Name cast Satan out because He no longer has any right to be there (as he is an escaped prisoner from the prison of hell).  The things given to Jesus now belong to The Kingdom of God and Satan cannot touch them without God’s permission.

In Jesus’ Name command healing of all the damage Satan did to you and restoration of all he took from you.

Ask The Holy Spirit to fill you and to take place of the demons that have left you.

In Summary:

Give it all to Jesus

Repent, forgive

Cast out Satan in Jesus’ Name

Command healing and restoration in Jesus’ Name

Ask The Holy Spirit to fill you completely
