Simonabass Bassets

Many years ago I had a beautiful basset called Cendrellon Pandora. She had two litters of puppies and enjoyed being shown although she ate the flowers beside the ring at her biggest show. After many years of cattle dogs, I was given Simone as a gift by my daughter. I did not show her because of other commitments at the time. However she is such a good-natured basset with a good body and ancestry representing many of the well-known basset types that I chose to breed her. I selected an Ammidan male to complement her and she produced 11 puppies in July 2004 and three of her first litter showed successfully.
Her second mating produced 11 new puppies again from another Ammidan dog, Sun Chaser, son of Ch Ammidan Our Lady Diana and G. Ch Vahhalas Dreamchaser born February 16, 2006
I kept one puppy from that litter, Simonabass Charlotte who took Best Baby Puppy at the Queensland Basset Hound Club show before injuring her left leg.
23/12/07 We have new puppies born to Ch. Simonabass Pandora. Father Ch. Ammidan Abraham. These puppies were used for the Hushpuppy winter ads in 1008.
