I made my own Keyboard interface and it took quite some time, but it only cost $2 for the old PS/2 Keyboard that I ripped the guts out of..

The Coin slot is home made and uses one micro switch, a small sheet of Aluminium with a hole drilled & filled to take 20c Pieces.
The coin mechanism consists of (1) A Towl rail with a slit cut in it to make a gutter for the coin to role down & (2) A Leaf micro switch, with the leaf bent accross the path the coin rolls down. (3) A Aluminium box inside to cath the coins and make a nice clinking sound as the coin falls in.
This is my MAME Arcade machine, As you can see by the Marquee, it originally contained the game : VAMPIRE SAVOIR.
I purchased the 2 x Joysticks, 14 x Buttons, and 2 x Keylocks , from Arcade Gaming Australia who are located right here in Melbourne. And are very resonable in terms of Price & Quality.
