It's finished.

Yesterday afternoon at about 4:10pm, it was finally all done. 152,000 words. 577 pages. Hopefully this is only the beginning of the work now, but for me, it's on to something new.

But I'm happy. Oh, yes... it's good to finish this project.

Just when it looked like the whole thing would fall apart recently, I should be completely finished SNAPSHOT tomorrow. I have vowed that once it is completely finished, I will not do any more wholesale editing unless under direction from a major publisher. I think I've done enough already, and it's really time I moved on to a new project! It's not meant to sound like I think it's perfect, quite frankly I've just done enough of it and need to move on (for now at least.)

As for the subject matter, I really don't know. Part of me thinks I'm in deep trouble in light of world events, while most of me thinks I should just get it out there anyway and see what happens. At the worst it should hopefully interest people in seeing my next work (agents especially.) At the best.... well, I think that's pretty obvious.
