There's been a lot of press about this one.... but here's the original source, the article by Seymour Hersh in The New Yorker. Scary stuff, just to see how much control the likes of Rumsfeld have, and how little oversight they have from basically anybody (even their allies now).

We'll all be told not to believe any of this, but I already believed most of it even before Hersh published. It's scary and freaky stuff, and I just wonder how much my pointless government will go along with it as well.
