      EIDOLON

      Eidolon

His world becoming too small to contain him and his insane ambitions, the wizard Stormwalker uses a stolen Eidolon amulet to cross to our Earth. A thoroughly evil character, his only joys are murdering and destruction. Because the Science Earth and the Magick Earth are mirror-images of each other, every person has a double on the other world. Moulded by their life experiences, they may be very much alike or markedly different. One man has been tracking Stormwalker, and until he is presented with the second Eidolon by the Masters of the World, fears the wizard has slipped through his fingers for good. Raven (Robin Frazer) is a hardened mercenary whose life consists of hunting, sword-fighting, ale and wenching. Dragged into the adventure are Bobby (Robert Frazer). Raven's mild-mannered double, a trainee accountant who discovers a taste for the dangerous; Netta (Janette Delaney) a headstrong young believer in women's lib who is very handy with a shotgun; and Jeanne (Jeannette De Laney) Netta's shy counterpart, a cloistered earl's daughter who yearns for a more exciting life. Before they can begin the hunt for the wicked magician, Raven, Bobby, Netta and Jeanne must learn to get along. Their personalities clash, causing amusing, and sometimes dangerous situations. Meanwhile, Stormwalker continues to terrorise and kill, delighting in the pain he causes his innocent victims. Combining their knowledge of science and Magick, the four heroes manage to follow the wizard's bloody trail across Sydney, engaging him in a fierce battle beneath the city's greatest icon - the Harbour Bridge. But he manages to escape to wreak more havoc, and during a state-wide blackout of his causing, they track him to his hideout at finger wharf and destroy him. Or so they think.
