Jaeger #19 - Flight of the Raven Part 2

In a deserted warehouse on the Lower East Side of Los Angeles, Stormwalker casts a powerful spell and summons up some Storm Spirits. He communicates with them, then flies out into a cyclone where a great eye is waiting. Back in in Marc’s hotel room, the Hunter turns on the TV, hoping for more information he and Raven can use to help them track down Stormwalker. They learn that a category 5 hurricane is heading for the coast of Texas, and realise that only one person could be responsible. They dive into Marc’s hire car. The Hunter floors it all the way, managing to avoid being picked up by the police by trotting out yet another alternate identity, that of Miles Johnson, an FBI agent. During the journey, Marc and Raven discuss Stormwalker, and pool their resources. They only stop once, at a sleazy roadside diner where Raven eats a huge meal, and Marc takes some much-needed blood from a less than cooperative redneck. Their journey ends sooner than they anticipated, when they reach a wide place in the road called Promise Falls, and see a gigantic image of Stormwalker filling the sky above.
