      Believing that his immunity to telepathy will protect him in the PSI, Marc dons the disguise of Raden Fairlight, a nerdy private investigator. Unfortunately, he attracts the attention of a powerful telepath named Sandy Yau, who catches him trying to hack into the PSI's central register of psykers. Intrigued by his telepathic immunity, she agrees to let him go if he undergoes some tests, and helps her track down a missing boy named Sammy Cooper. Unknown to Sandy and Marc, Sammy is being held captive by a psychotic cannibal named Stormwalker, who has some very strange, disturbing powers...
