Mission 13 - Unchained

Soldiers who managed to escape from Mission’s rage sealed the doors behind them when they left. While Mission is trying to find a way out, a lab assistant he didn’t completely kill puts a hole through him with a laser. The cyborg grabs the guy to use as a hostage, but then the men outside fill the room with gas. However Mission has breathing filters that enable him to remain conscious. The soldiers who charge into the lab have a really bad day. But in the hall outside, Mission encounters a platform-sized laser. Meanwhile Janex, Shell, Pyros, Troll and the reluctant Pooley arrive at the complex and break in. They move silently until they encounter a patrol and Pyros lets fly with his twin flame-throwers. A fierce battle ensues, and they find Mission still alive, but missing half his face. Later, up in Marheg’s office, Marheg and Carulo manage to come to an arrangement to avoid all out war between their factions – much to Graves’ disappointment. Carulo then tells his Oasian contact about Mission. The Doctor is very pleased to hear about his son’s location, and sends a cyborg named Lazarus One to fetch him.
