Mission 6 - Shambles

Larissa’s deadly Shambles virus is forcing Mission’s nanobots to break down his cell structure. Dr Creag and his assistant Savil scramble to find a virus buster disk before Mission dies. Savil finds the disk and downloads a program named Armageddon into Mission’s computer. Mission wakes up and attacks Savil, but Dr Creag manages to hit the switch on the back of his neck, knocking him out. Fortunately, Armageddon appears to work, and Mission recovers. When he runs into Larissa at the K-Mart Courtyard, he goes berserk and attacks her. Half a dozen soldiers try to stop him, but it is Marheg and Thunk who finally bring him down with a barrage of stun-blasts. Marheg then enlists the help of a mutant cyborg named Janex, who also has psionic abilities. Janex discovers that the overconfident Graves left a mental signature in Larissa’s mind. Mission then reveals to everyone that the evil psyker comes from Lockout, a secretive security firm from the Oasis – and inadvertently gives away his own origins.
