Mission 8 - Down on the Farm Part 1

In a meeting between Carulo and his lieutenants, it is decided that Marheg has too many resources, and the time has come to relieve him of “the Fungus Farm”, a large mushroom growing facility. At Marheg’s place, as Mission prepares to go out on patrol, Larissa approaches him and apologises for trying to kill him. She is still interested in his computer, but Mission doesn’t want to risk letting her into his head again. When Shell, Pooley and Pyros arrive, they depart for the streets. Meanwhile, a party of Derros attack the Fungus Farm, and draw out all the soldiers stationed inside. Unfortunately this enables Carulo’s commandos to enter via the roof. The soldiers call for help, which arrives in the form of Mission, Shell, Pooley, Pyros and their new squad leader. Mission and Shell manage to defeat the two commandos left to guard the roof and sneak in that way. Unfortunately they then meet up with another commando who claims that the generator has been wired with explosives. Outside, Marheg’s soldiers defeat the derros, but then Carulo’s commandos march Shell outside to inform them that the farm is now in the rival boss’ possession. Mission loses his temper with the commando guarding him and grabs him around the throat.
