Registration

There are several booking options for “Bahar Bayram” please read below and follow the links to the relevant booking forms that are available to print out. For your information, please also print out the “welcome pack” with details about how to get to Bornhoffen and what to bring. We can send you the forms in the mail if you are unable to print them.

There is a carpool available to help arrange lifts to and from the camp. If you are flying, it is easier to arrange a lift from Brisbane airport than Coolangatta airport. If you need a lift or are able to provide a lift please send your name, contact number, email and time and place from which you require/can offer the lift, to our secretary Margaret Cunningham at souldance@optusnet.com.au.

We will accept bookings up until the 1st of October if there are spaces available, but recommend booking NOW to avoid disappointment! Bookings are limited to the number we can accommodate at Camp Bornhoffen.

You don’t need to book into individual workshops for options 1, 2 or 3, but for option 4 you need to specify which workshops you are attending. For options 1 and 2 you can secure your booking by sending a booking fee of $60.00 (balance required by August 1st for Early-bird price). Options 3 and 4 must be paid in full at the time of booking. We will send you a receipt and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason “Bahar Bayram” is cancelled BAMEDAM will refund all monies paid, in full, by cheque. If you cancel your booking prior to the camp we will refund the monies you have paid as follows:

In cases of extreme illness or other hardship resulting in cancellation by the participant, BAMEDAM is open to negotiating the refund policy.

“Bahar Bayram” is a non-profit event and any proceeds after expenses will go towards creating more wonderful camps and events in the future!

Camp Fees

1.Adult Full Camp : Bahar Bayram booking form. (10.00 am Friday 5th October – 11.00 am Monday 8th October) Includes: all meals (Friday lunch – Monday Breakfast, plus morning/afternoon tea and late night supper), 3 nights accommodation, all workshops, concerts and activities.

The full camp is the best way to experience this great event and be part of the “Bahar Bayram” community!

Children Full Camp:

Family discount: For 2 adults and 2 or more kids receive a 10% discount off the total cost.

2. Saturday Night Option: $285.00: Bahar Bayram booking form. Commences 9.00am Saturday and finishes at the end of concerts Sunday night (approx. 11.00pm). Includes: all workshops (Saturday and Sunday), Saturday night accommodation, 5 meals (Sat. lunch - Sun. dinner), morning/ afternoon tea and late night suppers, concerts and activities on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Day Tickets and Individual Workshops

Tickets are available for people wishing to attend “Bahar Bayram” for the day or to select individual workshops, meals, concerts etc. Please complete and send in the Day Ticket & Individual Workshop booking form for these options.

To avoid overcrowding in the workshops spaces for day participants are limited. To make your selection please refer to the Camp Program page and the Music Workshops and Dance Workshops pages.

3. Full day (available Saturday and Sunday only – does not include accommodation): $130.00

4. Book and pay for individual workshops @ $25.00 per session. You can add: lunch or dinner @ $12.50 per meal and an evening pass @ $20.00 If you pay for 3 or more workshops in one day and lunch and dinner you will receive a FREE evening pass!
