I am Ann Shuttleworth, a South African born, Australian tapestry designer, weaver and textile artist..

I've exhibited and sold my unique woven tapestries since 1985.

In 1988 I moved to Melbourne, Australia .

To capture a very special moment, I design and weave tapestries in tactile fibres of scenes from my travels.

I developed a simple method of making pictures within fine felt, on plastic. Pre-felt gives wonderful detail.
