CAREER / ACHIEVEMENTS

• In his role as the Commercial Development Manager of the CSIRO Division of Wool Technology he was responsible for commercialising a number of wool processing and testing instruments some of which, for example the Laserscan fibre diameter measurement instrument, have become world "standards". Sales of these products total many millions of dollars.

• Warren managed the Laserscan Development Project with a multi-million dollar budget and a project team of 14 professional scientists and engineers and support staff.

• In his current role of Manager-Technology Commercialisation with Macquarie Research Limited Warren has negotiated licence agreements in relation to proteomics developments that have yielded the University a seven figure royalty stream.
