In this 2004 recording "Songs We Know", Margot & Tim have tried to capture their music in the most honest way possible, to create the feel of a live recording. To achieve this they chose to record in an intimate studio, which helped to capture the true nature of their live performance. The songs on this album are a selection of some of Margot & Tim's favourite tunes and have evolved over many performances. The songs were recorded in one take
