"I was just thinking of writing you a fan letter! I did indeed order your product--four quarts plus two six-ounce tubes, and you had authorized two free lip ice sunblocks which were included in my order.

The product is great. I have the kind of skin that burns in two minutes. I have never found a satisfactory product before yours. Every commercial sunscreen/block I've tried has been unpleasantly greasy or sticky. The least offensive was Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Sunblock, but that is made with titanium dioxide and leaves a white trail on clothes. Your sunscreen feels good and lives up to every claim you make for it, as well as not staining clothing (you should mention that in your literature!). I've done a lot of walking around in the sun lately, and one moderate application in the morning does indeed protect me all day. Further, I use it on my 11-year-old son, who is highly resistant to being smeared with anything, and it works perfectly for him too.

The only thing I don't understand about your product is why you don't advertise in media aimed at the general public (rather than just at the serious outdoor enthusiast). I would never have found your
product, had I not searched the internet for sunscreens. I can't be the only non-surfer, non-triathlete who needs maximum protection and maximum comfort. In addition, the quart sizing of your product is
extremely convenient and cost-effective for those who use sunscreen daily. Most manufacturers use ridiculous four or eight-ounce bottles for a product that the medical authorities urge all of us to use
liberally, all the time.

Feel free to quote me in any of your promotional literature. I'll let you know how the product works in the ultimate challenge, the climate of my new home, Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan.
