Space Pirates

This was another recycled costume.... lots of bits and pieces from other creations. The headsets we're wearing were actually plastic novelty Chuppa Chup holders sprayed black. The black vinyl pants I'm wearing were a damn good buy from a girlie fashion outlet - $20AUD! We searched high and low for vinyl pants for George that didn't cost the earth. Eventually we returned to the same girlie fashion outlet where I bought my pants. Luckily George is of slight build so we figured there'd be a chance something would fit him. With a slight blush, George asked if he could use the changerooms to try on a hopeful looking pair, and the salesgirl ushered him in. I commented to her (whilst George was changing) that he was a little embarrassed. She replied, "Oh, he didn't have to worry.... we get transvestites in here all the time." I didn't correct her!
