| "A magical mystery tour or rather
a magical mystery pathway now exists at Paterson Park, Northgate, a northern
Brisbane suburb. This is one of the latest community projects designed
by Kez van Oudheusden. Using ceramics, sandstone and landscaping, a collective
which included artsworkers, local residents and other community groups
created a seemingly enchanted
landscape" . . . . . Stephanie Outridge Field
The idea was to feature gargoyles, grotesques and angels partly hidden amongst tropical foliage. The original design included a paved and winding path which eventuated as a packed gravel walkway. |
