I put this page on the web in 1994.
At the time there were lots of resources for people like me, who were learning HTML
and getting sites made the hard way. Over the years so many of the links have vanished into
the cyber archives in the sky and left this page a skeleton of its former self until one day
it too will be cleaned away for good.
