My Fandom Music Videos

I love watching fanvids - clips from TV shows set to music in such a way that it tells a story - and I've recently started making my own. There's only four at the moment, but keep checking as inspiration can strike at any time.

  • Theme: An ode to friendship from Ray to Ben

  • Comments: This was too perfect to pass up - the song could have been written about Ben. And thank you to PGSnapshots for the screencap

STARGATE SG-1
  • Song: "I'm Just A Girl" by Bachelor Girl
  • Theme: Sam Carter is a lot of things - soldier, woman, daughter, scientist - but at the heart of it all, she's really just a girl
  • Comments: I've always thought this song just screamed Samantha Carter so it's no wonder this was the my first Stargate vid.

  • Song: "Savin' Me" by Nickelback
  • Theme: "You said I was the only one qualified to judge myself...so what happens if I look at my life and I don't honestly believe I deserve it".
    As he looks back at his life, Daniel feels that he has failed the ones he loves, and wonders whether he is worth saving
  • Comments: All you have to do is listen to that quote from Meridian to realise how perfectly this song sums up Daniel's self-doubt about how much he has achieved in his life.
