It starts with a twitch of her sweet little lips,
A gasp of her little pink mouth.
She twinkles her eyes and wriggles and sighs
And ends with a cute little pout.
She smiles with her head, she smiles with her hands,
She smiles with her legs and her feet.
Her whole body squirms and she twists and she turns,
She thinks smiling ever so neat.
She smiles at the cousins who argue and cluster.
She smiles best for her Mom and her Dad,
And when ever she can, she smiles for her Nan,
And shadows on walls ain't too bad.
