what this love is about
the pudding (aka lou-lou aka lyndal) is a young girl who has started studying nursing @ newcastle uni. she has realised that earning $500 a week was much more fun. well, compared to earning $0 per week for the last 6 months. she spends too much time on the internet, reads into things too much, is defiant that she's always right, thinks she's fairly stylish, loves asian stationary, has a boy named steve, and writes in her diary sometimes.
she loves it when you come to visit, too.
and did you know that you can sign her and email her? true!

woooooo!

i just did my fortnightly shop ($75 - eep! however that included $30 of health-related product) and came home to find my Missy Higgins EP in my letter box! :D

aaah, it's so gorgeous. so, so gorgeous.

and there is a song on the EP called The Cactus That Found The Beat, that steve totally loved when we saw her live. so i know he's going to be a happy muffin when he hears it.

one really lovely part was also that the liner notes came signed! poor petal must have signed a million of them.

also - NEW NEXT YEAR PLAN!

i think i'll move back homeward and up the mountains and take a year off uni. there was a really good pathology collection course at TAFE that I wanted to do, but it turns out you have to be doing a traineeship to do it. and the other pathology testing course i was interested in is 2 years, which is a bit long.
BUT! there is a Music Management course that I would LOVE to do (i've always been interested in this, i should have done it when i finished yr12). the only thing is that they consider your application based on your experience in the industry - which, apart from 1 week of work experience 4 years ago, is nothing. so i'm going to contact some places and ask if i can do some work experience a couple of days a week.

what really sucks is that you can do this course as part of your HSC (and a few similar one) - but they only brought it in the year AFTER my grade. and i know that about half of my grade would have wanted to do it.

but yeah, i'm going to apply to do that course. if i get in, i'll do that for the first half of the year and work the second half....then see what's up.
otherwise, i might just change unis and continue nursing at UWS.

but i just want a change.

i could probably do it in a more sensible and less dramatic way but....meh.

steve and i also had some holes put in our faces - i finally gots my labret/lip pierced (it's kind of inbetween) and steve gots his eyebrow done. we look dang sexy, y'all know it.

here are some polaroids!

starting the 8 hour journey to byron bay

the best sand sculpture i've ever seen!

nothing like a metal bar in your face to make the morning more interesting!
