D9090 & D9060 Uknown PCB Links

There are two LINKS located on the SASI PCB and the function of both of these links is UNKNOWN, so please email me if you discover what either one of these is used for. (1) The first LINK is located above IC ref: 1A, and is applied "Short circuit". See Picture Below-Centre. (2) The second LINK is located below IC ref: 1G and is not applied , "open circuit". See Picture Below-Right.
