Pantaloons: With white, ch 34, join to form ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 2 ( counts as first hdc t'out ), hdc in each ch, join with sl st in top of beg ch 2.
Rnds 2-5: ch 2, hdc in each hdc, join with sl st in top of beg ch 2.
Left Leg: Rnd 6: Ch 4, sk next 17 hdc, sl st in next hdc, ch 2, hdc in each hdc around to beg ch 4, hdc in each ch of beg ch 4, join in with sl st in top of beg ch 2.
Rnd 7-17: Ch 2, hdc in each hdc, join with sl st in top of beg ch 2.
Rnd 18: Ch 3, dc in same place, 3 dc in next hdc, * 2 dc in next hdc, 3 dc in next hdc ) rep from * around, join with sl st in top of beg ch 3.
Rnd 19: Ch 1, sc in same place, ch 3, * sc in next dc, ch 3 * rep from * around, join with sl st in beg sc. Fasten off.
Right Leg: Holding pants upside down and back section facing, join yarn in first unworked hdc in Rnd 6.
Rnd 1: Ch 2, ( counts as first hdc t'out ), hdc in each hdc around to ch 4, hdc in each unused lp of ch 4, join with sl st in top of beg ch 2.
Rnds 2 - 14: Rep Rnds 7 to 19 of Left Leg.
Bodice: With blue and starting at waist, ch 35.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, ch 1, turn.
Rows 2 - 5: sc in each sc, ch 1, turn.
Row 6: Sc in each of next 9 sc, ch 10, sk next 2 sc ( underarm ), sc in next 14 sc, ch 10, sk next 2 sc ( underarm ), sc in next 7 sc, ch 1, turn.
Row 7: Sc in each sc and in each ch across, ch 1, turn. ( 50 sc ),
Row 8: Sc in next 6 sc, dec twice, sc in next 7 sc, dec twice, sc in next 10 sc, dec twice, sc in next 7 sc, dec twice, sc in next 4 sc. Fasten off.
Sleeves: Note: Do not turn at end of rnds. With blue and holding Bodice with right side facing and Neckline at top, join with sl st in first sc of one Underarm.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc in same sc as joining, 2 sc in next sc, 2 sc in each unused lp of ch 10 of Armhole, join in beg sc.
Rnds 2-6: Ch 1, sc in each sc, join with sl st in beg ch.
Rnd 7: ch 1, sc in same st as joining, ch 5, * sk next st, sc in next st, ch 5 * rep from * around, join with sl st in beg sc. Fasten off.
Skirt: Note: Skirt is worked in rnds, do not turn.
With blue, holding Bodice upside down and with right side facing, join with sl st in unused lp of 3rd ch of beg ch row of Bodice.
Rnd 1: Ch 3, ( counts as first dc t'out ), dc in same unused lp as joining, working in rem. unused lps of beg ch row of Bodice, 2 dc in each lp, join with sl st in top of beg ch 3. ( 64 dc ).
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same ch as joining, 2 dc in each dc around, join with sl st in top of beg ch 3.
( 128 dc ).
Rnds 3-8: Ch 3, dc in each dc, around, join with sl st in top of beg ch 3. Fasten off.
Pinafore: With white, ch 36.
Row 1: ( right side ): Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, ch 1, turn. ( 35 sc ).
Row 2: 2 sc in each sc across, ch 3, turn. ( 70 sc ).
Row 3: Dc in each sc across, ch 3, turn.
Row 4-7: Dc in each dc across, ch 3, turn. At end of Row 7, do not ch 3. Fasten off.
Bodice and Shoulder Straps: With white, ch 11.
Row 1: ( right side ): Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, ch 1, turn. ( 10 sc ).
Row 2: Sc in each sc, ch 1, turn.
Rows 3-9: Rep Row 2; at end of Row 9, do not ch 1. Fasten off.
First Strap: Hold Bodice with right side facing and join white in beg sc.
Row 1: Ch 1, sc in same sc as joining, sc in next 2 sc, ch 1, turn.
Row 2: Sc in next 3 sc, ch 1, turn.
Rows 3-20: Rep Row 2. At end of Row 20, do not ch 1, turn.
Row 21: Sl st in first sc, sc in next sc, dc in next sc, fasten off.
Second Strap: Hold Bodice with right side facing and join white in 3rd sc from left end.
Rows 1-21: Rep Rows 1 - 21 of First Strap.
Assembly: Sew Bodice to centre front of Skirt and sew Straps to back of Skirt at each side opening.
Ruffle: Join white in left side of first Row of Bodice where skirt and bodice are joined, ch 5, sc in side of every second row along side of Bodice and Strap. Fasten off. Join white in right side of  second Strap where strap and back of skirt are joined, ch 5, sc in side of every second row along side of strap and bodice. Fasten off. Weave 24" of 1/8" wide ribbon through first rnd of Pantaloons, starting and ending at centre back. Weave 12" length of ribbon between Rnds 17 & 18 starting and ending at centre front. Sew buttons in place at right edge of bodice back. Weave 12" length of ribbon between Rnds 6 & 7 of Sleeve.
