Finished size : 9" from top to tip.

Front : With H hook and white, ch 4, sl st in first ch to form ring, ch 4, 16 tr in ring, 2 sc in side of last tr, sl st in ring.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, skip first ch of first ch 4, sc in each of next 2 ch, (hdc, dc) in next ch, 2 dc in each of next 2 sts, hdc in next 5 sts, 4 dc in next st, hdc in next 5 sts, 2 dc in each of next 2 sts, (dc, hdc) in next st, sc in each next 2 sts, sl st in sl st changing to green (31). For Edging: with right side facing youm working this rnd in Back Loops only, with steel hook, join thread with sl st in center of point, (ch 2, dc, ch 2, dc, hdc) in same st, skip next st, *(hdc, dc, ch 2, dc, hdc) in next st, skip next st; rep from * around, join with sl st in top of ch 2. Fasten off.
