Bob and Shane have owned and operated the Blue Zone shop since its opening in November 1998. It has established itself as one of the frendliest Scuba Shops in Brisbane - possibly due to Bob's "gift 'o' the gab".Bob is a Master Instructor with many years of diving experience under his 'weighty' belt and conducts courses alongside his other very proffesional instructors and dive staff.
Shane is a qualified Divemaster and keeps Bob on his toes. Although preferring the warmer waters of the beautiful Solomon Islands she has promised to do more localdiving in the future, (thats if Bob stops selling all her gear on her). Shane also works full time as a registered nurse.
Both Bob and Shane are qualified Royal Life Saving Society Examiners in Senior First Aid & Oxygen Resusitation.

Blue Zone's operation centre is based 30mins north of Brisbane, Queensland. Blue Zone Scuba Centre is very easy to get to and can boast ample parking. Our Blue Zone Scaba Centre Shop houses some of the best equipment & procducts in the area. Our Staff at Blue Zone Scuba Centre have had intensive training in our huge range of equipment & products. We have fully equipped classrooms, seating up to 12 students. Our monthly BBQ's are held at the premises every 3rd wednesday of the month.
