My teaching approach is closely linked
to the educational outcomes that your child will be learning through their
music lessons at school, as I am a trained classroom music teacher myself.
There will therefore be no confusion between what the child learns at school,
or in lessons with me. Students are encouraged to sing what they play; as this helps their ears develop and recognise the different sounds.
Parents are welcome to join lessons so they can better
understand the learning process and be equipped to help at home.
