An excerpt out of the full version of the flyer is set out below: What's on offer? Southern OHS Solutions will be regularly emailing a short brochure with updates and other information about various aspects of the harmonisation of the WHS laws. It will be tailored specifically for those businesses in our service scope and Regional SA. Best of all it is FREE! We'll step outside the traditional "laws update" service you may receive elsewhere by giving you a bit more insight into many other aspects of the WHS changes. These include volunteer and community information, where to get some useful tools, FAQ's, tips for compliance, Codes of Practice updates, low cost services, training opportunities and so on! We'll also keep you informed about any low cost services, workshops, town visits, and other events coordinated by Southern OHS Solutions that might be of interest. This information will be reliable and will be sourced from: Ø Government Agencies such as Safework Australia and Safework SA Ø Practising OHS/WHS and Workers Compensation Lawyers Ø Large trusted organisations such as TAFE SA and Industry Service Providers Ø A large network of qualified and experienced OHS Practitioners Ø The professional knowledge and skills of Southern OHS Solutions Who should join up? We're aiming at businesses and organisations within the service region of Southern OHS Solutions. New business owners, small/medium enterprises, not-for-profit & community organisations, government agencies etc, in regional areas north and west of Adelaide (eg: Eyre/Yorke Peninsulas, Mid/Far North region including Flinders, Ceduna and west coast). This service is not aimed at businesses in other states (the information is relevant only to South Australia and its service area). Each brochure is intended to be only 1-2 pages long so you are not overloaded with information, and will be provided on a regular basis.
