Brief OVERVIEW OF AFTL  

* If you ever have participated in an AFL tipping competition before, then you already know how to play!!    :)
* Use the on-line submission form each week to lodge your tips or via email if preferred.
* Generally the first game of each round according to the official Qantas AFL fixture card (included free with the pre-season AFL Record) will be called the "margin game" to determine the leading tipster of the week where there is a tie for equal highest correct tips for the round
* All tips must be lodged by 7.30pm (Eastern Australian Time) prior to the the first game of the round commences (ie: generally Fridays except when a round commences on Thursday night, etc - a timeclock can be found on my homepage
* Failing to submit tips will result in equal lowest score for the round
* A drawn game results in no score - unless you tip it, which will result in 2 points
* At the beginning of the week a Phantom tipster will give his/her predictions for the next round, if you want to play the role as the Phantom for one of the rounds, let me know
