	Reproduced below are sections of the constitution relevant to information contained on this web site. All members receive a copy of the Constitution when they join.
	<OL TYPE="1" START="6">
	    <A NAME="section6">
	    <LI><B>MEMBERSHIP</B><BR>
	    <OL TYPE="i" START="1">
		<LI>Members shall be classified as Senior (over the age of 18 years) or Junior (up to 18 years of age). Junior members shall not be eligible to vote. At the discretion of the Executive Committee they may participate in the exchange Circuit.
		<LI>All candidates for membership must be proposed and seconded by two individual members of the Society at a General Meeting and Ballotted for at the next General Meeting.
		<LI>Should a member not be known personally to any two members then such application shall be investigated and considered by the Executive Committee who shall decide whether to propose that Candidate before the next General Meeting for Ballotting.
		<LI>Three (3) negative votes at a General meeting shall bar a Candidate from membership.
		<LI>Such rejected Candidates shall have the right of appeal to the Executive Committee. The appeal must be submitted to the Secretary in writing and read by the Secretary at the next General Meeting and opened for comment. The Executive Committee shall, at its next meeting, vote on the appeal for membership.
		<LI>Each new member shall receive a copy of this Constitution.
	    </OL>
	    <BR><A NAME="section7">
	    <LI><B>ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION</B>
	    <OL TYPE="i" START="1">
		<LI>The annual subscription shall be determined by the Executive Committee subject to confirmation by a general meeting of the Society. Subscriptions shall be due as from JANUARY FIRST in each year and payable in advance.
		<LI>Any member whose subscription remains unpaid for three months shall be classified as &#8220;unfinancial&#8221; and the Executive Committee may delete his or her name from the register of members. In such an event the person concerned shall not be eligible for re-admission unless renominated and re-elected.
		<LI>Only Financial Senior members shall have the right to vote on any subject.
	    </OL><BR>
	</OL>
	<A NAME="section18">
	<OL TYPE="1" START="18">
	    <LI><B>CONDUCT OF MEMBERS</B>
	    <OL TYPE="i" START="1">
		<LI>Members must inform the Secretary of any change of address. Absence from home must be reported to the Exchange Circuit Secretary at the earliest possible date. If proper notice is given the Exchange Circuit Secretary is always to use his best endeavours to have any address altered and books diverted accordingly.
		<LI>At least one month&#8217;s clear notice must be given by any mmebers wishing to resign and all stamps taken by such member from the Society&#8217;s Exchange Book must then be paid for by him immediately on demand by the Exchange Circuit Secretary.
		<LI>In case the conduct of any member shall, in the opinion of the Executive Committee, be injurious to the character of the Society, or opposed to the Principles for which it is constituted, the Executive Committee may, by a two thirds majority call upon such member to resign, or, should they deem it more fitting, shall erase his (or her) name from the Roll of Membership. Any member so expelled shall have the right to appeal to a Special Meeting of the Society provided that the appeal shall be supported by five members in a requisition to the Secretary to call such a meeting.
	    </OL>
	</OL>
	<A NAME="section20">
	<OL TYPE="1" START="20">
	    <LI><B>VISTORS AND GUESTS</B>
	    <BR>Any member of the Society may introduce a visitor at any General Meeting of the Society. The member shall ensure that the visitor&#8217;s name is entered into the Attendance Register. The Member shall also introduce his visitor to the Exchange Circuit Secretary if the visitor intends purchasing from the exchange circuit sheets. Visitors and guests may bid at the Society&#8217;s auctions but are not permitted to submit lots for auction except at the discretion of the President. After three meetings a vistor will either be nominated as per Section 6 of the Constitution or not attend further meetings. All visitors and guests purchasing from the Exchange Circuit sheets must be supervised by a member.<P>

	<P>
	In the case of a dispute between the above sections and the full printed version of the constitution (as given to new members), the full printed version shall prevail.
