Number Pegs

The numbers from 1 to 10 can be remembered with a rhyming word:

1. Bun
2. Shoe
3. Tree
4. Door
5. Hive
6. Sticks
7. Heaven
8. Gate
9. Vine
10. Hen

This list is quite easy to remember, particularly if you imagine a specific item for each number. For example, think of a particular type of bun (for 1) and a particular type of door for 4.

If you want to remember a list of up to ten items, associate each of the items with a number peg and form a memorable association.
