South Pacific FANS Performance DataCPDLC and ADS-C PerformanceThe graphs below display the downlink message performance (aircraft sending time compared with ATSP receipt time) of participating ATS Providers (ATSP) from the South Pacific region compared against a target performance line. The graphs indicate the levels of performance being achieved by the FANS-1/A data link system in the South Pacific. The figures include transmission over VHF and Satellite media and include both CPDLC and ADS-C messages. During 2009 the ISPACG Central Reporting Agency (CRA) has begun work on a specific website that reports on performance data based on a new reporting regime in accordance with the Oceanic Safety and Performance Requirements (Oceanic SPR). The SPR standard takes into account Required Communication Performance (RCP), which includes the interaction times of the various human components within the overall system. The performance data on the site is also broken down to the individual airline and aircraft type level. The data currently reported on the ATC Data Link News site is compiled as per the FANS Operations Manual (FOM), and will eventually be replaced by the RCP criteria as individual ATSUs modify their reporting systems. The ISPACG CRA site is at: http://ispacg-cra.com/performance.asp Downlink Target - 95% Within 60 seconds CPDLC
