(keanu style!) :) yes last nite we matrix-ed up a revolution with the celebs, wannabe celebs and trendy bees of d sydney entertainment scene @ the opera house thanx to miss world derek undercover covertness... .:recap begin:. the night began with awesome front row 50m line tiks 4 the nz vs. wales rugby world cup game @ homebush... close game with the welsh dragons giving the all blacks a bit of a scare b4 running away with the game in the second half (personally i think the wales whales would be a better fit?? hhehe..) and den... shaz-rinity got the call from Der-operator who found us an exit via the chissy-wick network where we "reloaded" our agent smith disguises to arrive via a hidden back entrance to the matrix central mainframe... hehe... there we encountered neo, anu, kiwi, sandra, casey, millsie, the wahchoski architects and other members of zion and got giggy with it (imagine the big rave dance scene from reloaded cept inside @ the opera house minus the naked butt shots and all that mud...) i then proceeded to program neo with some new flavas and break-n-hiphop moves to which he replied... "clinto-neous... you are THE ONE"... to which I responded... "nah man... you are THE ONE" this verbal jossering continued on for a bout 2 mins until it was universally agreed by all that... there was "ANOTHER" (aka leia style in jedi)... and that was urs truly!! then proceeded to impress each other and the 200 strong gathering with some bullet dodging trickery and body poppin beats... i then gave my homie kea-neo the eye and we said our farewells telopathically (an ability common to all chosen ONES) from across the balcony as my energies shifted elsewhere... ;) i was then engaged by several other agents which I will no doubt be working with on future projects / missions... .:end transmission:. other notes of interest... fiona's wedding video & world cup finals action will consume me over the next few dayz!.. ughhh im tired already... also got my healys sole savers soo im all good to go on that front... rowing same same... lunch time!! 21/10/2003 3:48pm - dear diary blog thing... i know ive been bad and not updated u in the happenings of my so called life... ahhh wats been goin on?? carnivale has come and gone... i went to 2 events out of the entire 30+ which i had free passes too... just proves a point that i'm not that much of a sucker for freebie things... just one for freebies that are of interest to me and which fit into my busy schedule of nothingness... rowing season has officially started... without marina for like the first time in like soooo long... WE WON!! (hehehe... ), home / appartment search has reached a STOP! i am resounded to the fact that i will never have enuf money / savings to purchase that dream home... after watchin the italian job on the weekend... a new mini cooper ('S' - ive been told is better) seems like a much more attractive / viable option!... but will prob end up waiting waiting and waiting... new car not a necessity but then again neither is a home... or home loan... guess i'll continue doin the things i lurv or which keep me satisfied in life (making + watchin movies, chillin with friends, playin sports & other associated interactive games ;P).... that is living for 2morw as opposed to for the future... where does my future lie??? 5 years??? hmmm shouldn't think bout that for 2 long huh???... ps... xx-z 2 vgf ftf! 16/7/2003 2:18pm - time waits for no man or boy... hmmm... how profound?? i'm currently feeling like i should be doin some more productive stuff with my life... the movie thing needs a bit of a push... dragon festival is fast approaching and me and bec need to tie down a script of some description... should really look into gettin a home loan... and fast trackin my savings... get organised somemore do my tax.. update my resume... blah blah blah... in the end i just go home and watch tv / movies... hehehe.. visitors are coming over the next few months... guess i'm gonna have to be @ home more or less work is semi busy... gotta get a new phone for dad... ok gotta get movin... 2/7/2003 11:45am - back from japanland... refreshed and ready to go again in this thing we call life... holiday was indeed refreshing and all that i needed... highlights included osaka ferris wheel (biggest in the world! i think), disneyland sea, nuddy onsen (jap bath) action, jap film studio visit, hiroshima - tha bomb!, big orange gates on the water, playin with live deer, trying to hit a baseball in a batting cage, riding a really big roller coaster, seeing real geisha girls, chillin, parlayin & relaxing with my extra spesh friends... *awww* wat else?? its now later on in the day... and i am still @ work.. how sucky!! the only good thing i guess is that im not alone... and its raining newayz... hoe hummm... weekend almost here... angels 2 2morw and chillin out with good company on the weekend... 3/6/2003 3:45pm - wow its been a whole 2 months since i last updated this little semi blog thing... hehehe.. wats been happening??? well basically april was movie editing month with a majority of my spare time and waking moments spent thinking / completing the mini epic for the may 10 screening... and looking back, despite the struggles both physically & mentally, it was all worth it... an accomplishment i am very proud of... now the next few months will be spent promoting it, distribuiting it and basically milking it for all thats worth... much more professional than last year's effort... thou last year's storyline was more simple.. O-11 involved a slightly larger cast, more detailed script development and numerous shoots / locations... hmmm other movie news - watched x-men 2 & matrix reloaded @late nite premiere sessions, both entertaining if not only for the movies but also the friends who shared experiences with me... bought the new gameboy SP (blue colour, with link cable and 4 games)... wat else??? touch footy has been continually washed out on a weekly basis... haven't really been partying much on weekends as i'm feelin older as winter approaches... a sign of maturity perhaps???... ex gf moved out of home & a best friend proposed to his gf... 2 events which have recently caused me to become abit more reflective on the state of my life... and where i wanna be & who i want to be \ with... and soo i've decided to walk away from it all.. for 10 days or so... to the land of the rising sun... japan... soooo des neihhhhh!!! moshi moshi!! 31/03/2003 4:37pm - been a while but nothing really worthy to report til now... o'chien's 11 filming has consumed my life completely... its preoccupying every spare brain resource atm... the tentative deadline has now been set for May 3... just like a star wars release date... thou the similarities end at the month of release thou.... heheh... expectations have been set quite highly for this one... and budget much bigger than last year... much harder to direct... and co-ordinate things... 2+ scenes 2 go with numerous dialogue only reshoots.. sounds ever so simple... the farthest from the truth... ordered some dvds last week and have some ebay items comin thru which should satisfy my need for purchasing things... completed my golf set collection & picked up some funky abercrombie gear & star wars collectible also parents goin to penang and hawaii so will prepare a smallish list for them... ;).. gameboy SP is out here!!!... wat else wat else??!! no holidays planned.. tryin to save money... but thats easier said than done... esp with makin movies, social life, upgrading toys, & generally goin out... i think i shall become a hermit in april... *sigh* 17/03/2003 11:21am - life is dandy again as the stars are shinning brightly and revolving around planetclinto... canberra rowing weekend was a blast, both in terms of race results and partying hard!!! finished the script for upcoming msotv production and commenced filming... april editing will be a complete bitch but hey the results will be worth it... and its all in the name of good fun & creativity... wat else??? CNY rowing was somewat dissappointing results-wise as i stuffed up the timing for the youth boat 3/4 races... but we improved in timing each race nonetheless... filming-wise we managed to get some decent footage and commence the official msotv 2003 shooting... the db team finally has some much needed "vibe"... don't know how i'm gonna survive the next few races... 500m! die die die... think I will go purchase my final 2 golf items this weekend...(new bag & 5-wood) and re-commence my fascination / frustration with the game... filmin will consume me for the next 2 months i feel... high school renunion is rumoured to be organised... wonder how many tech boys will show? hmmm... thought provoking.. time to look for my old tie and socks!... 04/02/2003 3:33pm - i'm now officially 27... *sigh*... maturing with age??? perhaps... maybe just mellowing out... i have been rather bad at updating this website... for all you loyal readers (marissa bomb diggity - this one's for you!! hehe...) not much really to report...
