MERRI COHOUSING EVENTS

INFORMATION SESSIONS

For newly interested people, and members wanting to discuss cohousing

  • Saturday 25th October, 10am (T)
  • Saturday 6th December, 10am (T)
All information sessions take place at CERES Environment Park, 8 Lee Street, Brunswick East, in either the Education Centre (E) or the Training Room (T). The duration of the session is 2 to 3 hours.

Note: So that we can anticipate attendance, we ask people intending to come to an Information Session to RSVP to info@MerriCohousing.org. An information session may not run if very few people indicate attendance.

Getting to CERES

  • By public transport: Catch the No.96 tram (Bourke St) all the way to the East Brunswick terminus, then walk east along Blyth Street, turn north on Roberts Street and east on Lee Street.
  • By bicycle: Ride up the Merri Creek path until just past Blyth Street. The entrance to CERES is on your left just after you go under the Blyth Street bridge. Or, ride east along Stewart Street from Anstey station. At the end of Stewart Street, turn right into Roberts Street then left into Lee Street.
  • By car: Blyth Street intersects Nicholson Street in East Brunswick, and is the westerly continuation of Arthurton Road / Separation Street in Northcote. Roberts Street is on the north side of Blyth on the Brunswick side of the Merri Creek. Park in the CERES car park off the end of Stewart Street (top of Roberts Street).
The Education Centre is near the Lee Street entrance; the Training Room is down the bottom near the creek, past the cafe.
