I will identify the key issues and trends, analyse these at a whole organisation level, and work with you to prioritise effective actions. In addition, my conversations with individual stakeholders will result in an evolution of organisational thinking and consensus building, making strategy easier to implement. |

What outcomes are you aiming for right now, and which people are central to achieving this success? What support do your people need to understand and act? The learning solution will be developed using the Instructional Systems Design Model. It will include a combination of workshops, creative communication, and integration with your key organisational processes. |

Networks Since we often get things done through the people that we know, networks are a key part of our knowledge assets. I use social network analysis to view relationship maps through the lens of strategy. The more of a network we can see, the more value we can get from it. Through discussion of who it is that your people work with, whether as clients, suppliers or team members, I develop a unique visualisation of the people networks. I can work with your people to tailor their business networks to achieve the appropriate balance of close collaboration, communication across silos, access to resources, and innovation. |
