Choices are given in how to grip the racket, how to stand when waiting and hitting the ball. Visual images are used to teach you the different ways to swing the racket. The swing image is enclosed in a box, which is adjusted for direction control. A barrel movement of the upper body is used to generate the racket swing. Methods of breathing and movement are taught that allow you to maintain good balance while generating a powerful stroke. I developed these new tennis ideas from 1985 to 1993. The Flow Tennis concept was first documented and released to the professional tennis industry in July 1993. I documented and released more of my tennis ideas from 1993 to 2001. The topics documented include technique, tactics, fitness and mental approach. Since then the depth, power and consistency of professional tennis has improved dramatically with these new ideas. The development and documentation of these new tennis ideas gave me a unique opportunity to observe social behaviour. People in privilege positions in society wanted access to my ideas before I could publish them. These people paid special attention to my method of serving and the topspin backhand. There was support for this negative social behaviour from other people in society. In order to understand the social support that this behaviour received, I studied the Sarkar theory of social cycles. The Sarkar social theory explains how societies go through different social eras. Our current era is the capitalists/labourer era. Near the end of this era, there is an major increase in social corruption and crime. Eventually the increase in negative social behaviour causes a change of social eras. This site is for people who enjoy playing tennis for fun. The best way to improve your game is a hit of singles with a friend or family. Have a hit twice a week. This is good for your mental and physical health.
