Gosu
Solugi Combat Mecha

The last Inbit mecha to be developed, the Gosu can lay claim to many firsts. The first Inbit mecha designed for the human form, the first Inbit mecha to carry missiles, the first to have a better than equal death to kill ratio. The Gosu was made for the Solugi, Inbit evolved into human form, to give them advantages that the humans mecha had. But the main advantage the Gosu had was the human inteligence of it's pilot. The earlier Inbit's had a simple, almost primtive grasp of combat tactics and could often be fooled, time and time again by the same tricks. The Solugi on the other hand had not such problems, leading to massive loss among both resistance units and Mars Base forces.

The Gosu is equal to the Legioss in both capabilities and purpose. With it's Solugi pilot able to think and reason as well as any human (and in many cases out think), the Gosu tore it's way through almost anything thrown it's way. Legioss pilots were evenly matched, and any slip up cost them their lives. But Tread Armo-Bomber was another story. While not as fast and less manevourable in combat, the Tread's twin tri barrel arm cannons and large amount of missiles often created a deadly hail of death that the Gosu could not avoid.

Dimensions:

Type:

Pilot:

Propulsion:

Gosu flying over New York City

Performance:

Sensor Systems:

Note: Inbit Solugi pilot can communicate telepathically out to 600m. Solugi humanoid Inbit are renowned for human style cunning and thinking. They are much more adept at adapting to and defeating new tactics, and are not likely to be fooled by simple tricks which confuse the earlier stages of Inbit.

Weaponry:

Armor:

Full protection against chemical and biological warfare, radiation shielded. Armor will stop all grenade/shell/mortar fragments, energy beams from hand-held weapons. Excellent capacity against heavier mecha mounted weaponry. Total armor capacity is almost double that of Gamo. More capable than the armor onthe Legioss Armo-Fighter, it is only slightly less than that of the Tread Armo-Bomber.

Unlike other Inbit mecha, attacking the sensor eye will not kill the pilot. However to improve pilot visability, a large clear plastic canopy makes up a major part of the Gosu's chest. While stronger and thicker than the clear 'glass' used for the Inbit sensor eyes, a consentrated effort will break through and strike the pilot
