The Horizont is capable of 0.8g of acceleration for 40 minutes, or 2g for 15 minutes.
The auxillary engines can reach 1 g for four minutes. The Horizont is fully VTOL capable.
The escape capsule is the cockpit only, not the front of the ship as the RPG book lists.
It should be noted that the Legioss/TREAD link-up usually does not have a pilot or passengers
in the TREAD, as there is no pilot access from the ship.

The ship is capable of 0.8 g of acceleration for eighty minutes, 1.2 g for fifty minutes,
and emergency 2 g is available for 5 minutes. The secondary engines can reach 1g for 15
minutes.
The main laser does not exist. The tri-guns each do 1D6x100 MD damage. Reduce the troop-carrying capacity to: 12 Legioss (or 9 TREADs), 317 Ride Armors, 342 troops (including mecha pilots).

The ship is capable of 0.25 g of acceleration for four hours, 0.5 g for two hours,
1 g for 1 hour, and emergency 1.2 g is available for 20 minutes. The secondary engines
can reach 2g for 10 minutes.
The demensions should read as:

Replace all VF-1V Vindicators with either Legioss or TREADs. The ship only has eight laser
turrets, not sixteen. All are mounted on the top of the ship and these are the ships ONLY
weapons. The mega laser, the other weapons, space fold and pinpoint barrier system are not
a part of Mospeada and should be removed.
Izumo SFBB-90000 (Space Fortress Battle Base)
Another mistake Palladum made, they carefully watch the last episodes to see the make
believe Vindicator which is on screen for 2 seconds, yet the Izumo, which was featured
many times, gets completely ignored.
The Izumo class ships are the most powerful ships in the Mars Base fleet. Each massive ship
carries an enormous amount of crew, troops, mecha and weapons. Due to the large size and cost
only one, the MBSS Izumo, was completed in time to be used in the end of the invid conflict
as the command ship of the Third Earth Recapture Mission.
The Izumo was largely based on the smaller Ikazuchi class carrier. A pair of secondary weapons pods were added to the sides to carry a pair of enourmous particle cannons and to act as sheilds to protect the main hull from side attacks. A third, smaller weapons and hanger pod was added to the lower hull of the ship. Surprisingly, the Izumo sufferes from the same flaw as the Ikazuchi and Garfish class ships- a lack of Anti-Aircraft armamaent.
Hangar decks and crew spaces were distributed through the vessel, including several of the quick-launch bays first used on the Ikazuchis. However, there is a large main Horizont bay located in the lower body, capable of a high turn-around rate on the shuttles. There is no command citadel, though
there is a conning tower that rises above the main hull, on which the CIC is located.

*Depleting the MDC of the rear section means that the back third of the ship has been
destroyed. This includes all engines/thrusters, half of the main mecha hangers, and all
personnel, mecha & equipment in those sections when it was destroyed. The ship will be
adrift in space without any means of propulsion, and on auxillary life support. However,
the command towers, forward mecha hangers and weapon systems are still fully operational.
Speed:
Conventional Space Propulsion: Capable of a sustained 0.25g acceleration until fuel is
exhausted (4.2 hours). 0.5g of acceleration can be sustained for two hours, 1g for one
hour, and emergency 1.2g is available for 20 minutes before auto-engine shutdown.
Sublight: .001 the speed of light
Planet Bound: Limited to landing and leaving, landing only able in a body of water.
Range: Unlimited. Fusion reactor has an approx 30 year lifespan.

Weapon Systems
1) Synchro Cannon: A large ship mounted version of the Synchro Cannon designed to take out Inbit Clam
Ships and mecha in one hit.
- Primary Purpose: Mass Destruction
- Mega-Damage: Destroys everything in its path, regardless of MDC and movement. The
only way to avoid destruction is to not get in its way! If used against a planet, it does
2D6 x one million MD (!!!), leaving a crater 1D6 x 15 km wide and 1D6 x 100 meters deep.
The shockwave will probably cause a considerable amount of damage too.
- Range: 32,000 km by 20m wide (half range in atmosphere)
- Rate of Fire: Once every 10 minutes (40 rounds)
- Payload: Unlimited
2) Two Main Particle Cannons, one in the front of each side pod. These are used for covering
the ship when the Reflex Cannon is charging.
- Primary Purpose: Assault/Anti-spacecraft
- Range: 160,000km (100,000 miles, double in space)
- Mega-Damage: 1D4 x 1000 each
- Rate of Fire: Once every other melee.
- Payload: Unlimited
3) Eight Ikazuchi style Tri-Barrel Laser Turrets are scattered across the ship, ten on the top, main hull and the other ten scattred across the sides and underside. The cannons are operated by the crew of
the command tower. Each turret can rotate 360 degrees with a 180 degree arc of fire.
- Primary Purpose: Assault/Anti-spacecraft
- Range: 160,000km (100,000 miles, double in space)
- Mega-Damage: 1D4 x 100
- Rate of Fire: Each turret can fire twice per melee.
- Payload: Unlimited
4) The Izumo's mecha can be deployed for defense or assault.
