The ATT-30 is a fairly standard Mars Base military version of commonly available civilian small trucks and utility vehicles. Designed mostly for re-supply and transport duties, the ATT-30 has a decent sized cargo tray. The vehicle is driven from the open air, two-seat cab, though a third passenger can be squeezed in if necessary. A rugged four-wheel drive vehicle, the ATT-30 copes readily with most form of terrain possible on Earth.
To give the ATT-30 some combat capacity, a detachable missile rack was also devised. The missile rack/box extends up to the same level as the seats and slots easily into the ATT-30's cargo tray, the middle section popping up and revealing 6-missile tubes. In the lowered position, the box features four tie down points to retain some cargo capacity without removing the rack, though the missiles can not be fired. Two cargo boxes similar to Mospeada Armored Cycle saddlebags are attached to the rear of the missile box.
A 60mm machine gun mounted in the armored box behind the passenger seat was also added to provide some self-defense capabilities for the vehicle when the missile rack is absent. Due to the restricted field of fire and limited effectiveness against Inbit armor, it is rarely used.
Unlike most Mars Base equipment, which the majority of Earth inhabitants avoided due to the Inbit, the ATT-30 is a durable vehicle equally suited to both civilian and military use, making it popular with many.

Weapon Systems: (Optional)
- (Optional) 1 60mm Machine Gun mounted in front of the passenger under the hood. The weapon features a 600 round ammo drum and offers a limited range of side to side motion. Not present on most models, usually reserved for front-line support vehicles.

- (Optional) 6-tube Rocket Launcher mounted behind the cab carrying a total of 16 missiles.
Note that the use of the grenade launcher drastically reduces the cargo volume of the jeep.
Armor.Limited protection from small arms fire. Extra armor plates are often added by Resistance forces.

This is truck that Jim Austin drives around in for the majority of the series, and from what we see in some episodes it must be the strongest mecha of all!
ATT-40 Wheeled Ground Assault Vehicle

The ATT-40 is a smaller, 6-wheeled combat version of the ATT-30. Designed to take the role of light assault vehicle to the Ride Armor's role of infantry, the ATT-40 is a one-man mini-tank. The driver sits in an open-air seat on the left-hand side, roll bars providing some protection during a crash. The armor carried by the ATT-40 has been increased, but only to a small degree.
The ATT-40's primary weapon is a rotary beam cannon based upon the Legioss Armo-Fighter's gunpod.
Mounted in it's own pod to the right of the driver, the cannon's range of motion is consists of limited elevation of up about 30 degrees.
To complement the main gun, the ATT-40 carries a pop-up missile launcher container roughly similar to that of the ATT-30. To fire the missiles, the main gun must be returned to its lowered firing position.
While the ATT-40 featured quite adequate firepower for its intended role, it lacked the maneuverability of a Ride Armor or Legioss Armo-Soldier and was ill suited to close range slugging matches against Inbit mecha. The vehicle was most active during the First Earth Recapture mission, where some Mars Base ships landed and allowed the ATT-40 to safely disembark. Their numbers slowly dwindled due to their almost pure combat role, unlike the ATT-30 that proved equally suited to military and civilian use.

A truly incredible mechanism of destruction is the Synchro Cannon. One of Mars Base's most powerful weapons the device resembles an old 150mm artillery cannon. The cannon it's self is a very high energy weapon developed by the Mars Base to assist in defeating large numbers of Inbit mecha and the energy shields surrounding larger Inbit hives. The Synchro cannon utilizes sub-atomic fusion in a concentrated blast to disintegrate its targets. The beam about 15.2m wide and obliterates virtually everything in it's path. Mars Base scientists were able to make the cannon small enough so it could be mounted on a relatively small hover platform that could be packed into a Horizont storage bunker and only required a crew of one to operate.
While it is the most powerful weapon used by the ground forces, intended to pound enemy forces far from the front lines, the Synchro cannon is very slow and lacks defensive capabilities and relies on other troops to defend it. Even with it's powerful cannon, against the fast Inbit mecha which often outnumbered it's team members, the Synchro Cannon often only gets off a couple of shots before being destroyed. Another mark against the Synchro Cannon is that it can only disembark off a landed Horizont, while in the Recapture missions very few Horizont's actually made it through the waves of Inbit mecha intact. These problems combined to limit their numbers on Earth to between 7-17 that are in useable condition.

Performance.
- Maximum speed : 40 kph
- Maximum range : Limited by reactor endurance of 1 year between refuelings.
Weapon System.
- Synchro Cannon capable of firing 6 blasts per minute. Each blast is capable of delivering energy equivalent to a 50 ton blast in the line of fire out to a maximum range of 15 km Targets within about 20m of the direct line of fire will sustain heavy damage from residual radiation and energy discharge.
Armor.
Full nuclear, biological and chemical warfare protections in the cockpit. Internal atmosphere supply for three days maximum. Limited protection from hand fired round and energy beams, shrapnel and other fragments.
Note:
The Synchro Cannon plays a major part in Ep#23 "Black Hair's Partita" where we see it rip right through a row of five Gamo's, disintergrating each one! It must of been developed after the failure of the First Earth Recapture Mission, due to the fact that Jim and Yellow didn't know about it, but Stick could rattle of what it did and how it worked.
Aircraft
AF-03C Combat Heavy Aerospace Fighter/Bomber

The Combat was Mars Base's standard heavy fighter/bomber and could fly equally as well
in a atmosphere as in space. It's autocannons provided good punch against other fighters and
it's heavy missile load could heavily damage enemy spacecraft and ground targets. It could out perform any similar
fighter designed on Earth and would of remained the standard for heavy fighter/bombers if not for the
Inbit Invasion.
Post invasion, the Combat's main role was to fire the heavy missiles it carried at the Inbit ships, however
by the time the missiles struck their target, most of their cargo of mecha had being launched. Due to
the large number of Inbit mecha the Mars Base fighters were faced with, the Combat's guns often ran
out of ammo in lengthy dogfights and most of the anti-fighter missiles were easily dodged by the
quick Inbit mecha. Even using the Combat only for tactical nuclear
strikes against the Inbit hives (The nuclear missiles the Combat carried were one of the few weapons
which could breach a hive's force field in the begining of the Recapture missions) proved ill suited for the
aircraft. With Mars Base developing it's own mecha, the Combat was replaced by the TREAD Armo-Bomber.
The last major battle that the Combat was involved in was the First Earth Recapture Mission.

- Assorted auxiliary and maneuvering thrusters.
Performance.
- Maximum speed : 5140 kph @ 30km (Mach 5)
- Flight endurance: 200 hours continuous use
Weapon Systems
- 2 Autocannons in fixed-forward firing position. Bothcannons have enough ammunition for 40 bursts, and are recessed in the ventral fuselage.
- 4 underwing hardpoints, located between the engine nacelles.The ordnance packages that can be carried include the following:
- 1 Nuclear stand-off missile.Reaction warheads (1 MT) mounted on a long range (15 to 354 km) Mach 4.0 homing missile. Customized for anti-hive operations.
- or 3 medium range (.2 to 65 km) Mach 3.0 active radar guided missiles on a specializedMER (Multiple Ejection Rack). Various warhead options.
- or 1 MER with six Mach 3 medium-range clustermissiles with a maximum range of 40 km
- or any other available Mars Base military underwing load.
Armor.
The Combat's armored skin stops all small arms fire, provides good protectionagainst heavier infantry weapons and light aerospace fighter weaponry.
Armor is poor however, against Inbit annihilation disks.
Note:
This vehicle is seen only briefly, is the plane Yellow Belmont was piloting when he crashed to Earth and was rescued by Carla, in the flashback scenes in episode #11 ("Lullaby of Distant Hope"). .


The Vulture was the main aerospace fighter of the Mars Base Armed Forces prior to the Inbit arrival and invasion of Earth.
Equally at home in atmosphere or vaccum, the Vulture was equal or superior to every fighter design on Earth.
With a large autocannon and missile racks, it was ideal in many roles but excelled at dogfighting.
With a good pilot behind it the Vulture was a success at almost any mission.
The arrival of the Inbit provided the first real challenge to the superiority of the Vulture.
The Inbit mecha were in many cases faster than the Vulture, but it still held an advantage in mavourablity and
firepower. Without the Vutlure, most of the few victories Mars Base did have would of been great defeats.
Many great pilots flew the Vulture among them Johnthan Wolf, hero of the First Recapture Mission.
When Mars Base started to design a transformable fighter mecha, the Vulture formed much of the basis of it's design.
Infact if not for it's arm and leg units, the Legioss is almost identical to it's predecceser. Now all but replaced by the
Legioss Armo-Fighter, the Vulture is a rarity, and not used by any resistance units.

Weapon Systems:
- 1 tri-barrel auto cannon mounted below the nose.
The cannon's ammo supply allows the pilot to fire almost continously for 6 minutes.
- 2 Ordnance Hardpoints under each wings can each carry:
- 1 Long range Anti-mecha missile.
- or1 rack with three medium range missiles.
Armor:
The Vulture's features a reasonable amount of armor for a fighter craft of it's time, but it fares poorly against the Inbit mecha's Annihilation disks.
Note:
This fighter appears in the propaganda/morale film in Stick's flashback in Ep#7 "Fallen Hero's Ragtime" and we some wrecked and destroyed versions in the clearing fog near the start of Ep#10 "Requiem of the Battlefield".
Cutter

The larger of the ship used by the group in "Trap Reggae".
PT Boat

Notes:
The smaller of the ships the group find in "Trap Reggae", they serve as decoys and are sacrifced to allow the fighters to launch.
