Course Aims

• provide key line personnel with a background and understanding of effective approaches to OHS issues in their workplaces

• develop a clear overview of the OHS needs and requirements of their organisation  - and their responsibilities and duties

• confront existing attitudes and beliefs about health and safety

• consider the interface between OHS and industrial relations

• enable managers and supervisors to better understand what is required and more effectively participate in their organisation’s occupational health and safety process
