• define the roles and functions of an organisation's internal OHS resources 
  (Officers, Co-ordinators, Advisors, etc)

• contrast the responsibilities and duties of the employer and employees, with the role and function of the OHS resources

• how to carry out the roles and functions of the OHS Resource - all care, no responsibility

• enlisting the support, ownership and commitment of others in the workplace (managers, supervisors, employees and their health and safety representatives, health and safety committees)

• OHS Officers, Co-ordinators etc

• supervisors and line managers

• other key personnel with an interest in – or responsibility for – OHS
